So this is how you drink pop in Iran (or how you get it in restaurants). As a kid, I’d usually order a pop, grab a sugar cube from the table (all Iranian tables have sugar cubes) and I’d slyly put the sugar cube in the pop bottle. The ensuing explosion was hilarious to me and my parents were pretty apologetic to the restaurant, but proud of their little girl for doing chemistry experiments.
